Applaud SmartSphere
Box Clever teamed up with healthcare start-up Applaud to create SmartSphere, a product line combining molecular-level targeting with a new kind of ultrasound technology to treat kidney stones and other diseases quickly and comfortably. The elegant SmartSphere console incorporates not only high-performance, precision-engineered ultrasound hardware, but also thoughtful design elements facilitating the performance of SmartSphere procedures in urology clinics and other diverse settings – a key advance for patients and providers alike in light of the cost and access issues increasingly arising around overburdened hospital operating theatres.
